Does not look familiar to me. I don't believe it is in the 1955 catalog, but I'll check when i get home tonight.

Sorry for the delay, but I can confirm that this chair is not in the 1955 catalog.
While most of his iconic pieces were designed before this date, he had a very prolific career afterwards as well, so you might try tracking down catalogs or ads from the 60's or maybe even 70's.

That is my suspicion .I have been trying to access information about later JRD projects but the materials available on line are very scarce. Thank you for your help.

Judging from the design, I would guess this chair was made for an institutional environment like many of Risom's works.

i believe there were a few different corporate setups for Risom over the years, and this model was apparently made in a different factory than yours.
