It's a pendant hurricane type light, probably from the 60s or 70s, in what was usually marketed as "Early American style" or "Colonial" style, because it vaguely resembles an oil lamp. This style of pendant lighting has been out of vogue for a long time and was mostly low-end lighting to begin with so you probably won't find many out there now. You might eventually find something similar in a thrift store or at a yard sale if you have the patience to keep looking long term, but the chances of finding the exact one are pretty slim. Landfills are probably full of them.
You might get some leads if you post on a board that is dedicated to vintage lighting---or to colonial style decor, if you can find one. This place is all about mid-century modern design. Good luck!
