[Solved] Caruso St John Office Chair  

I could not find an example exactly like the one pictured, but looks like it could be a Wilde and Spieth S 197 R chair. Designed by Egon Eiermann, 1950. 

If you just like the look of it, the Kevi chair by Jørgen Rasmussen (1958) for Engelbrechts of Denmark is very similar.  Eiermann on left, Rasmussen on right.
