Fyn is a Danish island, "Amtskommune" means local municipality, and "Amtsgården" means County Court.

What item is the stamp on? On a moon rocket?

ok thank you, why would the courthouse stamp the desk though?  very curious but appreciate its not the makers stamp.

To prevent someone from taking the desk away and selling it, it's communal property. Or better, it was communal property. 😎

@sic.123. The drawers/filing cabinet section is very similar to those made by bjerringbro savværk. Not saying they made the desk ; possibly just attached the cabinet to what is otherwise a very utilitarian desk / table for office use.

I've just taken all the shelves out, and same stamp is inside the cupboard housing the shelves
