The only example I could find was this set of six:

They couldn't identify them either and called them "in the manner of Vladimir Kagan".  I guess they mean this Kagan chair , but that's a stretch.

@lexi  Thanks, I knew I'd seen those somewhere - must have been while looking for that "Finn Juhl" chair.  Here's an old ad for these chairs.  This blog has a lot of great info on Kodawood:
