In Børge Mogensen for Karl Andersson & Söner chest of drawers recently and decided to google it
I've found similar chests of drawers on pamono & other vintage resale portals
My chest of drawers has some signs of restoration, but I would like to know are chest of drawers legs tend to be original or they were added later by restorator
The wood tone is matching pretty well, but I haven't found any chest with similar legs on sale

@cwsdm I'm tempted to say that Mogensen would have rather chopped off his hand than screw such legs to one of his case pieces. But if @cdsilva comes around the corner with a catalogue entry, I'll look stupid. So I'll just keep my mouth shut.

@herringbone, your comments, and Borge's hand, are both safe. I do have 2 KA catalogs, and neither has a base option for any case piece that even resembles the above short legs. My guess is that chest was part of a larger modular unit, maybe with a plinth base, but got separated from its siblings over the years.
Here is a catalog cut showing an example arrangement. If the piece is 54cm wide, it is model #857. If it is 46cm wide, it would be #877.
