It is hard to read from my phone but what is the language of the ink stamp marking? That might be a clue of its origin. It is not the Castelli stacking/linking chairs by Giancarlo Piretti from 1967 and it is also not the chairs by Don Albinson designed in 1965. Those two are the most recognizable in this category/type of seating. Your chair looks well made and it looks like it wants to fold flat like the Plia chairs also by Piretti for Castelli from 1969.
