Thank you by advance

Well, the backrest looks very much like Grete Jalk, but the arms do not.

Hi Mounin. I believe you are in France, right?

I had one of these chairs and tried to identify it for a long time. I believe they were sold here by Fraska, a sister company of Samcom (you might have have heard of them). Basically Fraska was importing wood and design from Denmark but was making the cushions in France. They were selling the chairs under their own brand.

Now, they are certainly not Grete Jalk (as often advertised) and I think it will be very complicated to know the designer behind them.

They are made of solid afrormosia which is rather uncommon for Danish chairs.

For the record, here is the chair I had and sold (which I regret, it is a great design and a very confortable chair)

Thank you dr poulet (one more time) for your answer. Yes I'm in France.

I thought it was made of teak, I was not in touch with afromosia wood in Scandinavian furniture. A thew months ago, I had a fraska set of two armchairs and a sofa made E. Valentinsen not labeled too...

So sad to not be able to found who designed these beautiful pieces, but it's not a big deal...

And I agree with you, it's very comfortable 😉
