Is this an authentic Vistosi?  

Is this an authentic Vistosi? This girl over in the FB Mid Century page bought it at a home store. She didn't want to use it/hated it until the admin of the page told her it was Vistosi. Now she claims to have had it appraised and it's authentic. And apparently she was able to both find an appraiser and get a report from him in two days. I've seen more than a dozen of the real deal and they did not use a cheap highly polished chrome plated graduated tri-level rosette where it attaches to the ceiling.I have seen these exact colors in one of the Chinese knock-offs. I guess it's possible someone replaced the ceiling rosette. It could be a vintage chandelier. There were knock offs of Vistosi back then.She hasn't posted any more photos. I suspect it's a case of wishful thinking and wanting to brag but open to hearing differently. Wonder what appraiser she used. Someone who pulled it up on 1st Dibs and told her what she wanted to hear?
