Not Vodder. Norwegian or British at a guess. Teak veneer, Afrormosia for all the routed pieces thicker than veneer.

Although the drawer fronts have a similar elliptical cutout to the one that Vodder is known for, Vodder's casegood pieces do not vary much in terms of the bases that he used -- either chrome legs (often with teak socks), or the characteristic wood base that his Sibast produced pieces have.
The cutouts on your drawers are narrower than what he typically did, and the sliding door pulls are also not something I have seen associated with his work.  Like Borge Mogensen, Vodder did not vary his details a whole lot, and was pretty consistent with the type of legs he used and type of pulls he used.
The lighter wood of your piece appears to be teak, and the darker wood may be darker pieces of teak that were selected for their contrast, or some other darker tropical wood like afromosia.  I can't really think of a Vodder piece I have seen that uses contrasting woods in that way.
That style of drawer front seems to have been quite popular, and it was emulated by makers in Sweden, Norway, as well as Denmark.  I don't know if Vodder was the first person who came up with the idea, or whether he is the one who popularized it.  I have always assumed is was of his own design.
There are plenty of dealers who will identify a piece as Vodder any time they see that style of drawer front, but looking at the Danish Design Museum index, I can't really find a single cabinet by Vodder that is not consistent with what he typically did.
