They are legit Serie 7 chairs. The cap which says FH Danmark is an old one, used between 1955 and 1963. The Danish furniture maker control sticker helps narrow the production date to 1959-1963.
The other cap is a later one (1963-1968).
This is not the place to look for free valuation but you could get a fairly good idea of their value by looking at eBay's sold items.
