Appreciate any help in ID on these mid-century dining chairs and table  

I am not sure these chairs and table were originally a set, but I bought them together. I have determined that the chairs are not Bassett, and I'm pretty certain they are not HW either. The only markings are the stencils on the chair bottoms.

The glass for the table is held on with brushed metal disks which are themselves attached with screws underneath the tripods.

I have not yet found any similar on the web, does anyone have a clue as to who the designer and manufacturer might be as well as the approximate date of production?

fyi - I put the current fabric on the seats.
