Hardware looks mid-century US. White painted metal base, chrome uprights, plastic bulb covers. There are two plastic top pieces, one is unscrewed to replace bulb so I left it off. No marks other than Eagle on the outlet plug. Any clues?

Sorry this pic is out of focus, but my camera decided to show how much raking I should be doing instead of close up of the lamp. Anyway, the solid chrome end reminds me of the mid-century made in Italy Breuer chairs, where reproductions made elsewhere had plugs in the end. So I thought possibly made in Italy? Is that fanciful? Any ideas?
