Anyone recognize this 50s chair?  

Perhaps its familiarity comes from the passing resemblance to the Ditzel Ring chair? Based on what I can see, I would say it is a vintage low-cost design inspired by the Ring chair.

Thank you! It is rather similar. Obviously not a copy but a loose interpretation if that was the inspiration. I kind of liked the design, but unless it had been really special it was just too far gone to justify the time it would have taken to rebuild it.
