All chromed 60s floor lamp  

Looks very similar to lamps by German maker Gebrüder Cosack.  I didn't see one exactly like yours, but there are a number that share some key elements, like this one:

in dutch wich i am afraid doesnt help much but shoes 2or 3 cosacks wich looks a lot like the one in question
