Z chair need help with ID  

I've been searching, and can't seem to identify this chair. My best guess at this point is Paoli Chair Company since there are no visible markings. The black paint appears to be original. The chair is in fantastic shape for it's age. The Rotex straps still have plenty of stretch in them, however you can see very small cracking in them when stretched.
This chair came out of an estate sale and the daughter of the previous owner said it had been in the house since she was a child and guessed it was early 60's. Other than that, I can find very little information.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
