The problem is, that I don´t know if Oslo the manufacturers name is or the name of the modell. I like to know more about this rug. Any idea?

I did a google search for all three of those words together (without commas or quotes) -- Oslo, maat, dessin -- and a number of things popped up. Maat means size, dessin means design, I think, and I'm not sure what Oslo is. I found paper placemats and speed skates and some other stuff associated with "Oslo". Nothing to do with rugs but I didn't look terribly far, either.
But based on the above, I'd guess that it's a Dutch rug. Just guessing.
