Unknown Teak Ice Bucket

This appears to be a pretty rare ice bucket, as I have only ever seen one of them. It is probably my favorite ice bucket design, but I have no idea who designed it or who made it. Hoping someone knows something about it. Quistgaard naturally comes to mind, but the side handles and lid knob do not especially remind me of his work.

More photos? And what size is it? The Congo bucket is confusing because I don't know if it is the big one or the little.

The ice bucket is right around 10" by diameter by 10" tall. It is a fairly large size. The liner is white plastic. The lid has a cork insulation liner. No identifying markings.
