Unique Danish Lounge Chair - ID help please

Hey everyone,

Reaching out today...to see if someone on this forum might be able to help me identify this Danish lounge chair.

It has similar armrest to that of a Grete Jalk lounge chair...and Finn Juhl's Bwana chair... Just can't figure out who designed this one...?? It is Danish Control Stamped.

It was re-upholstered sometime in the 70s or 80s, as I can see the new upholstery tag...

Any thoughts?

Ahh lovely to see. I have the same, frames only, as 2 x 3 seater, 2 x 2 seat, 2 x chairs all in rosewood.
The series was produced by børge m søndergaard but i have no details of who designed it.
There is a full page advert for the suite in "design from denmark" 1964 around page 80-81 which i will scan when i am back at the office in the morning.

here is a close friend and the add for Børge M Søndergaard.
The text for sondergaard names the maer of the seating as Bernsdorffsminde møbel fabrik for whom I have no information at all.
You will see the frame is a different model but the main traits are the same.

Thank you VERY MUCH! Under the chair is the name Karl-Erik Ekselius as the designer. Is that correct?

Hold your horses!
The Bernsdorffsminde version has no designer named and the JOC chair has ticker armrest so I am not 100% that Karl Ekselius has anything to do with either!!
