Triangular Piet Hein / Bruno Mathsson table  

Hello,
I bought this table in Brussels a few years ago as my first design piece in fact.
At that time I thought it must belong to the same family as the famous super-circle/-ellipse tables but so far I have been unable to find any additional information about this "triangular" model, nor to trace any other similar model.
The table is unrestored, labelled and has been imported from Scandinavia by the professional I bought it from.
Any additional info about this will be very much appreciated.
