I was surprised I couldn't find another of this chair in my searching, but I came up empty. Kind of Wegner-ish is the best I could do and that wasn't very useful. The only marking is "52" underneath.

No mark on the table either (it has leaves that remove, so it wouldn't surprise me if the table is American).

The chair is very possibly Erik Kirkegaard, see what google throws up for comparison.

Thanks so much, that's exactly what it is. I appreciate your help. It seems like these don't show up very often, but there is a pair on 1stdibs that says they were made by Dux, though he did other chairs for Hong Stolefabrik.

They are model 52 chairs produced by høng stolefabrik
Erik kirkegaard design
I know the chairs very well as i grew up with them at home and have just finished restoring 6.
See them on twitter @danishhomestore
The table is jørgen linde design for faaborg møbler. Search design addict as i posted a scan of the same model sheet from faarup a few weeks back.

Thanks for the additional info. You have a great website; I appreciate your keeping the archive photos and the in-depth info you provide. I've added it to my places to search for unmarked pieces.
I assume the people who say this chair was made by Dux in the 60's are just wrong? Not the first time I know.
And a big thanks for the info on the table. I thought it looked familiar - from reading the post you made a couple months ago obviously.
Also, just in case it was a slip-up, your site says you have four chairs, not six (maybe you already sold two)?

Thanks and nice furniture.
I have 4 that are for sale but another 6 which are around my parents dining table.
I would risk the wrath of my mum if i tried to sell those.
