Howdy, everyone and thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide.
I was fortunate enough to happen upon this beautiful Povl Dinesen distributed teak long bench at a local thrift. After a fair amount of research, I've been unable to find anything attributing a specific designer to the piece. Is it possible that it was made by Mr. Dinesen or is the work likely attributed to someone else?
In my searching, I was only able to find one other bench--and that was at 1st Dibs.
Any help you can provide me is greatly, greatly appreciated.

Povl Dinesen is better known...
Povl Dinesen is better known as a retailer, and his retail mark says "supplied by Povl Dinesen." He also had a workshop producing designs of his own and of other designers. Based on the fact that the stamp does not say "supplied by" I would tend to think this is his own production. And possibly his own design.
Various of his family members have popped up on the forum. You might get lucky, or you might try tracking down an email address for someone.

You say on In your craigslist ad:
"
Marked Povl Dinesen Denmark and, since it's not a "supplied by" mark, this piece was made by Mr. Dinesen himself
"
