I'm hoping someone could provide me with more information on this unusual piece.Beautifully constructed. Teak top, birch legs, spindle shelf, brass capped feet, 2 thin metal handles on each side of sliding drawer. And a custom sliding drawer which can be accessed from both sides. One side has built in stemglass holder for 6 glasses made of birch (maple?). Slide the drawer the other way, and there are molded wood channels to hold 3 wine bottles. The drawer has thin metal handles on both sides.I first assumed it was a cart that had the casters removed at some point but the caps are not drilled for casters.Any ideas regarding designer, etc appreciated. Age (wood patina, etc.) appears to age the piece mid century but.....who knows. We're stuck.Thank you.
