Yes this child's rocker has Chad Dykehouse on the bottom and a series of numbers in sets of threes. Starting D 220. I'm not sure if the number is a phone number or a bank number or passenger number.
As for condition it looks as if someone used it to stand on. That part is terrible. The screws are
flat and slanted with a key type prongs.
I know I can repair the chair but before I do I better find out if I should.
