Table lamp ID please (60's or 70's)

Hi everyone,
I found this lamp at a flea market for 20?, the guy that sold them to me said they where either late 60's or 70's.
I wasn't quite sure about this one but since i have bought a baltensweiler desklamp from him a few weeks ago so i figured why not. Lamp has no markings or brand name anywhere.
The cable was completely dirty, sticky and yellow because the guy smokes so i removed the cable, it was in bad condition but cleaned up really nicely.
There is a little plastic part on the lamp that has a little hole in it, the cable should go trough it.
Could someone please ID this one (if its a designer peace at all)

to me, may be Staff.

@Waldorf': thans you so much for replying, its appreciatie. I die soms research on Staff leuchting but can't really find a match, or other lamp with the Same plexiglas / plastic attechment whee the wire Coard Goes trough.
Like I said before this might as well be a mainstream unknown vintage lamp, the reasson i think this could be a designer peace is because the Guy had some baltensweiler lamps, vintage miniature Arne jacobsen chairs and the leather arm rests of a wassily chair...
So all info is really helpfull!
