Sofa & Lounge Chair Identification  

Based on the screw heads, it appears to be knock down construction, which probably means it was an import from somewhere. Probably Denmark or greater Scandinavia. More precisely I suppose you could say that it was made by a company that was primarily interested in exports and at volume.
I assume it is teak, but is this assumption correct? If it were wrong that would lead you in a different direction. (If you post some high res, sharp, well lit closeups of the grain someone here can probably tell you for certain).
