I don't think it's Gino Safatti. If you look at his lamps in this style he didn't use exposed screws to connect the shades. It's a bit amateurish actually and makes me think this is some sort of "in the manner of" / knock-off. Even the Gerald Thurston Profile lights were a bit more elegantly designed.
I could be wrong. I am, pretty often.
