Saarinen Table for Knoll - Buenos Aires?

Hello,
Recently acquired a Saarinen dining table that has a Knoll International label, but noticed it was manufactured in Buenos Aires? I haven't seen one of these before. Anyone have any info/knowledge?

Interieur forma is a company in Argentina that produces Knoll (since 1961) and Cassina (1964) furniture under licence.

I thought they were just Knoll's South American representative/distributor. Do they really manufacture Knoll products there?

@ fastfwd. Yeah, I probably jumped to conclusion a bit too quickly. Interieur forma is the exclusive representative of Knoll in Argentina. They have a factory and Knoll lists a manufacturing facility in Buenos Aires on their website.
