Rosewood dining chair, Made in Denmark but by whom?

Hi All
Struggling to find anything about this chair.
Has some similarity to a chair by Brande mobelfabrik but been through their catalogue with out a hit!
Thought it could be Bernhard Petersen but alas nothing there either.
Seat is stamped made in denmark and while that could be fake I would doubt it as the chairs came with a dyrlund flip flap and a kofod larsen FA66 sideboard, all from the same home.
any light you can shed on these would be great.

the chair reminds me to the Henning Sørensen side chair manufactured by Dan-Ex:

but I never saw that version.

nice call, mk. With that top crest rail design, seat rail/stretcher patterns, and the interchangeable spindle/upholstered backrest, I would say that is strong circumstantial evidence of the same designer and manufacturer.

and I know that Dan-Ex manufactured a version in rosewood.
