Recently aquired a scarce mid century teak floating seat bench. Who design???  

Nice (maybe a bit klunky in the legs). Looks like it was inspired by the Diplomat line.

Well slap me and call me cheap. I have the same framed armchair and have been researching it for over a year and found nothing. Could you have a close look around the frame and see if there should be ANY marks or parts of marks however small?
