Few weeks ago I purchased one coffee table and two small side tables of Leon Rosen's design for Pace collection. Since this was my first purchase of this style of furniture and what I have gathered online regarding these, they all say glass and BRASS. But what I got is Brass plated extruded ALUMINUM and glass. Are authentic Pace waterfall tables solid brass or are they aluminum plated brass? Is there any marking or a label for original Pace Collection? My great appreciation in advance for any hint or advice regarding these.

Unfortunately your tables are not from The Pace Collection. This table - #3800 - was always made with welded hand polished stainless steel and never chrome or aluminum. They were never made of brass or brass plated extruded aluminum. There are many tables out there that claim to be Pace. Made by quality craftsmen and fine furniture makers, Pace was extremely well made and never took short cuts or lesser quality materials. I have posted an authentic table that was on 1stdibs so that you can compare. Notice that the steel details measured approximately 7" x 7" x 1" with a 4" radius. You would never see the side edge of the glass, as it was inserted into the frame. That was the incredible beauty of the furniture, as it looked quite simple, in fact was very complicated.
Also, even though most of the furniture is attributed to Leon Rosen, this design was by Irving M. Rosen, Leon's twin brother. They both designed most of the furniture. I hope this helps.
