This chair was purchased by my parents around 1963-1970 in CA. It may have come through relatives in DK or perhaps originated in California. I have searched extensively online but have not found exact same and there are no mfr marks on the chair. It does look similar to Ib Kofod-Larsen Seal chair but the thick edge on sides and top of back is different. There is some upholstery failure, I suspect in the underlying foam sculpted back.
