...I do think Heath is on to something there with the mention of Chesterfields. I think it's a hybrid Chesterfield-Victorian. I would bet that their most common milieu is the McMansion, which is often a mashup itself of many styles. Or many attempts at styles.
Anyway, I also found this fascinating combo while poking around online. Add the first two and you get----the third! A magnificent beast, no?!
