Please help ID this coffee table  

Good Afternoon,
We have not posted on here for quite a while, but we need help with this table.
We purchased it at a goodwill store and like it - thick table top with formica surface - wood edged - very thick and durable.
The legs are chrome and we have not come across a table like this before and we like it. Before investing money into re-chroming the legs, we would like to know if anyone recognizes the table from anywhere.
