It looks like a lamp from 70's. Does not have any marking on it.

Are you in the US ? I have a similar lamp style lamp I purchased in the states. I can check tomorrow and see if there is a name on it...mine has a different base but similar idea on the ascending size poles with golf ball bulbs on top.

Thank you for extending yourself to find out who the designer is. Like yourself I have seen the similar lamps with different
base, but I am sure there must be an original designer for this lamp and specific maker. I am looking forward to see what you will come up with. BTW, I am in US.
