Please ID this chair  

I saw one this past weekend
... up in Michigan, though it was not blue. It was the raffia embedded fiberglass like you'll see in patioware.
I'm afraid that I can't help you with info about who made it. Clearly it's a knock off of the Eames sideshell, but frankly I'm surprised to see another low one. I'd assumed that the legs had been cut down or modified to be that low, but here is another. Obviously someone made and sold a chair the same low height and style as an Eames LSR.
