I think that is usually said to be Arne Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold.

Yes, they are not too difficult to find specimens of on the internet.  
Mogens Kold did not mark there product very much, but it would be nice to find a marked specimen and then some documentation on the Arne Hovmand Olsen design credit (They might even be on the furniture index; I didn't check).  Although, just finding a marked specimen would probably be sufficient that many people would give you the benefit of the doubt about Arne Hovmand Olsen.
