Midcentury Japanese Credenza Info  

I've had this credenza for some time and want to try and get some information regarding where & when it was made. It was purchased from a dealer in Los Angeles. He told me he purchased it from an estate sale and the story is that a Japanese couple brought it over from Japan when they moved to the U.S. Included are five pictures of the credenza, as well as the only marking, in Japanese. I had it translated to English: Industrial Crafts Laboratory, which I can find no info on. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!!
