I've been on the lookout for about a year now for a craigslist or local eBay deal on a nice mid century daybed. I finally pulled the trigger this weekend on one which I have seen online before, but without attribution. I believe it is walnut, but I could be mistaken. The wood color appears to be natural and not a stain. The armrests and backrest use an hourglass or bow tie shape infill panel. Based on the wood and all the details (and the fact that it does not disassemble), I'm fairly certain it is American, but there are no markings of any kind on it for confirmation. It is quite heavy and sturdy.Has anyone come across an attribution for this piece? Online searching shows that this design was used for a family of pieces, including another daybed with only one armrest and a partial backrest, and a two-seat sofa.Thanks.

Just stumbled across this Kent-Coffey Perspecta series walnut headboard that reminded me of my daybed. The hourglass profile matches up more closely that the typical Perspecta motif. However a subsequent Kent Coffey search effort turned up nothing. I believe Kent-Coffey marked almost all of their pieces and mine is unmarked. So this may be an quick dead end, but thought I'd post anyway.

Anyone have a mid-century Kent-Coffey Perspecta catalog lying around?

No update on the ID, but I did just get the cushions made up for it with Hallingdal 130.
