Mid Century Asian Torchiere/Lamp ID help  

I have fallen in love with this lamp and would love to get to know her better. Alas, she isn't telling me anything. No Maker marks that I can find. I have browsed through pages of google images using variations of mid century asian lamp. This has not been helpful.
Though not clear in the pictures the blue ceramic portion has a lovely design of two circling dragons.
Any info as to the maker or style of this lamp would be much appreciated.
