I have an opportunity to buy these chairs but I have never seen them before. The end of the arms are an aluminum type metal. One chair has the aluminum exposed and the other chair has a leather cover over it. There is a label but I can't make out what it says. The label looks like it has a house on the right hand side and words on the left hand side. Can anybody help me to identify these chairs and are they worth buying. The person I am buying them from wants around $400 for the pair.

Many thanks from me to you. Amazing that you could decipher that from the picture I posted.
The chairs are in fair to good condition. I would need to have then refinished & the cushions need to have new slip covers made for them. With all that needs to be done to get them up to snuff $400 just to purchase the chairs seems to be on the high end.
