Lane is one of the manufacturers who were very specific about their factory dates of production and if you read the serial number backwards you have what you need!

Since mine had an extra number in the Serial, I wasn't quite sure how to read it.
I'm also wondering where to find its value. Since I have not found another like it in my searches online, does anyone have any suggestions where to look?

The easiest way to figure out the market value of something is to look at Ebay sales---just make sure you look at stuff that has actually sold, not that is currently listed or listings that have ended but didn't sell. You may need to do this over a period of months to get the most accurate picture since there are often flukey highs and lows.
I don't think there's a way to see sold prices on Etsy listings. You should also not put a lot of stock into 1stDibs prices since their target market is not the general public.
