John Stuart badged teak lounge chair by Peter Hvidt/Orla Nielsen?  

Hi all! This is my first post and I'm thrilled to be here! Just browsing through all the great stuff here makes my heart race :). I have a lot to learn yet, so thank you all for offering your knowledge.
Annnnnd, my first post is a question lol. So I bought this lounge chair (several of them actually) about a dozen years ago and am finally getting around to doing 'something' with them. Identifying them is a good start and that's something I don't feel completely secure in doing. Does anyone recognize this chair as being a Peter Hvidt and Orla Nielsen design for F&D/John Stuart or is it something else? And if you know what they are, any idea on when they were made? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
