Found this at an antique shop and bought it for next to nothing. It needs a little TLC and was trying to identify if it's a Jens Risom chair or a knock off, as I'm unsure if any of his chairs came in vinyl vs. leather or fabric. My apologies for the poor image quality.
If the wood is walnut, then it does look to be a Risom C-120 armchair. From the photo, I can't tell if the marks on the wood are worn stain areas with lighter wood underneath, or paint/tape/etc on top of walnut.
The original backrests for these did have three buttons.
