I don't know who made or designed the seating you are asking about, but I can tell you who designed a piece there that you are not asking about, and probably don't know the answer.
It is an interesting piece: The lounge chair to the left of the green sofa, with the grey cushion, the one you can't see fully in the photos. It was made by Getama. It is not marked. It is solid Afrormosia. It was probably purchased on Denmark. And it was designed by Aage Pedersen who was half owner of Getama. It was model number 88, until Hans Wegner drew a new model 88? Aage liked to draw furniture, so he designed that chair, and had his company make it and sell it without Hans Wegner knowing, and Hans Wegner was the company's director of design. Hans Wegner threatened to stop working with the company if Aage Pedersen was going to keep it up. And Hans won the argument.
Actually I think your green sofa and chair might be Aage Cristiansen for Erhardsen & Andersen, or ERAN.
Here is an old ad. Looks like the same piece but on metal legs. It would be trivial for the factory to produce it with various different sorts of legs, so I dont think it means much that the legs are different.
