I very much doubt its Baughman...I have no info to back that up its just a gut instinct based on the many Baughman pieces Ive seen.

I've noticed that Milo Baughman isn't a name anymore, it's an adjective.

and just in case anybody doesn't know, it's pronounced BOFFMAN. I read it once upon a time and though BOWMAN, or BAWMAN. Nope!

Similar pieces which were contemporary, but this one seems of abetter quality. I think the newer ones have different angeled tubes.
It could be French instead of American though. Willy Rizzo designed some tubular / pipe frame pieces, which have more exhaust pipe like ends but it is hard to tell the quality from one pic
