Rosewood Danish chair, please help!!

The chair is Danish for sure....
But i don't think it is from one of our famous designers. STILL it is absolutely a fantastisc piece, witch is very popular among "US", with a fettish for Danish design from the 1950 - 1960....

My initial reaction was...
The Swedish company Svegards. I have seen the woven seat but not the woven back. Have any luck? I'm curious.

I have seen the same chair for sale in the UK. The dealer says they are manufactured by Gudme Mobelfabrik...
