ID of a chair?  

Appears to be the Bambi lounge chair by Rastad & Relling. I'll let those who know more about this particular chair to weigh in with their expertise

Can you post a close-up of the backside of the leather? It almost looks like there is a white fabric adhered to the back.

Nice chair. The maker was Gustav Bahus in Bergen Norway.
Please don't replace the leather. Vintage leather is just gorgeous.

Thank you very much for informing me about my Beautiful BAMBI chair. I am so thrilled and so exicted. By the way the back side of the leather is couvered with a thin linen Cloth to protect the leather.
