Guessing by the hinges
It dates to no earlier than the seventies. Not much, help, I know, but....

looks Belgian to me.
Vform (Deinze, close to Ghent) used those profiles around their doors in the late sixties/early seventies, but don't know if they use a plint under their chests like that.
Aurora was another producer who made furniture more in the luxury segment, with striking simmitrical designs, like these veneer patterns are too..
