The chrome tubing on the bottom(turned 90 degrees) and the way the leather is stitched reminds me of the WING chair designed either by Harald or Ingmar Relling for Westnofa Group.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately I still haven't been able to find another like it, so still on the search. It has a slung hammock under the leather which comes apart into three parts. legs, back and front, Latex foam filled cushion with 18 buttons if that helps
